There is a fundamentally simple reason why there are over 100 business improvement strategies in this book. There is not one thing I can ask you to do that universally will double your income over the next year in the same business you’re in, doing the same kind of stuff.

When you choose where to start, make sure you start with items that make a real difference to your business. Eg, if your business is entirely online, then your phone manners probably don’t count for much.
