… and you’ll attract the right talent. True entrepreneurs share their plans with anybody around who cares to listen.
They share ideas, plans, and what they’re looking for. They share the vision they hold, and so should you. Because in doing so you will start attracting all the right quality of help you need: investors, team members, customers, suppliers and more.
Some people feel this is not safe, and operate in a world of seclusion and non-disclosure agreements. Mostly they never get their businesses off the ground, because there is not much value in just an idea, a vision. There is, however, real value in the ‘how’. In execution and in acting upon your idea.
What you can’t share with others are the operational procedures (eg. the secret recipe for the cookie dough). If you do, the company with the deepest pockets usually wins the race of national or global expansion.
So, make sure you share your vision and your light to attract the right talent, collaborators and tribe to your bright idea—but don’t give away your secret formula.
