Carlos has worked for multiple wealth management sales and distribution networks throughout his career, such as ING, ANZ, AMP and Certitude Global Investments. These enabled him to build solid knowledge of retail channels, financial planning networks, wealth products, sales strategies as well as a well-rounded understanding of the Australian market place trends, opportunities and regulatory landscape. He has in depth understanding of managed funds and alternative investments and has been able to generate sales throughout a broad client base ranging from financial planners, dealer groups, retail and high net worth investors.
Through his career he has identified new business opportunities formulating campaigns and marketing approaches which resulted in the reactivation of existing clients and new business creation.
Carlos currently provides consulting to financial planning practices to market their capabilities and value add in appealing ways to respective target markets and help them differentiate their propositions. This involves conducting overall business reviews and analyzing their approach and business practices for the discovery of value add initiatives that can assist them in growing their operations.
