I admit I attend a lot of seminars. I even attend seminars run by the same person again and again. Why?
Just the other day I attended a full-day event with one of my favourites, international speaker and business builder Kerwin Rae. At about 2:30 pm I left, even though I had VIP seating, because I was so inspired. In the next two hours solid I sat at a café with my laptop and wrote.
I created two more pages in this book. I created the entire marketing strategy for the book and the course that goes with it. I even started working on my live seminar where I’ll be talking about this book.
Just from that seminar with Kerwin.
Was it worth it? You bet!
The same method may work for you, or it may not. What’s important is that you pay attention to your success patterns and find out what inspires you. Is it sitting in nature, is it reading a business book, or is it meeting new people at a networking function?
How do you express that inspiration? Do you call somebody, do a video, meet somebody else, or, like me, write?
